Retirement Decisions Do Not Happen One at a Time
THE PROBLEM
Choosing when to retire is only the beginning. You may also need to decide when to claim Social Security, how to draw income from taxable and retirement accounts, whether a Roth conversion makes sense, how Medicare fits in, and what to do with a business or concentrated stock position.
Handled separately, these decisions can work against one another. A choice that looks sensible on its own may create an unintended tax consequence or weaken another part of the plan.
That ambiguity is frustrating. You have worked hard to create options; you should be able to understand the tradeoffs before making a consequential decision.
You should not have to piece together retirement guidance from professionals who are working from different plans.

SERVICE LEVELS
Bring Every Financial Decision Into Alignment
When taxes, investments, business cash flow, and long-term decisions overlap, fragmented advice can lead to missed opportunities and unnecessary uncertainty. AVL Advisory helps you see the full picture, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.
Your relationship with AVL is shaped by the complexity of your financial life, not simply the size of your portfolio. Each level is designed to help you make better-informed decisions, act before opportunities pass, and move forward with greater clarity.
At AVL, you work directly with me, a CPA and CFP®.

Questions
Asked & answered.
-
Yes, always, on every dollar. AVL Advisory is a Registered Investment Adviser; we are legally and contractually held to act in your best interest. We also do not accept commissions, referral fees, or product kickbacks.
-
For fully integrated engagements (tax + planning + investments), we typically work with households at $150K+ in income or business owners with annual revenue above $500K. Tax-only and project engagements have no minimum, we can start there and grow into a fuller relationship.
-
Of course. We work two ways: as your sole advisor under one roof, or alongside your existing CPA, coordinating directly with them. The integrated fee assumes we handle taxes ourselves; if not, the engagement re-prices to reflect the lighter scope.
-
Three structures: a blended assets-under-management fee for each tier level (covering planning + investments + tax prep), fixed return-based pricing for tax-only clients, and project fees for one-off work. All terms are disclosed in writing before you sign anything. AUM rates and separate tax fees are disclosed in writing before engagement, with lower percentage rates at higher asset tiers..
-
Two ways. First, we're triple-credentialed under one roof: CPA/PFS handles tax, CFP® handles planning, and we manage investments ourselves, most firms have one of those, not all three. Second, we're boutique on purpose. A capped client roster means Anthony personally handles your work, not an analyst three rungs down.

The Next Step
Fifteen minutes, no prep, no pressure. I’ll learn what you're working on and tell you — honestly — whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll point you somewhere that is.
